Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Galaxie Labs ("we", "us") for using Supernova. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

The short version: be decent to other travelers. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Anyone can report or block anyone, we review reports within 24 hours, and we remove content and accounts that break these rules.

Who can use Supernova

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Community guidelines

Supernova does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post, send, or share anything that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates anyone
• Attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or sexualizes minors in any way
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Is spam, a scam, or misleading, or impersonates someone else
• Shares someone's private information without their permission
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

You can report any post, comment, message, trip, or account from the three-dot menu on it, and block anyone from the same menu or their profile. Reported content is hidden from you straight away. Content that several people report is hidden from everyone while we review it.

We review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these terms, we remove it and may suspend or permanently remove the account that posted it, without notice. We may also remove content or accounts we find on our own.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it, only to run and improve Supernova and to show it to the people you've shared it with. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept for legal reasons or in backups for a limited time.

Only post things you have the right to share.

AI features

Supernova can generate itineraries and read booking confirmations using AI. AI output can be wrong or out of date. Check opening hours, prices, visa and entry rules, and travel advisories with official sources before relying on them. Your inputs are handled as described in the privacy policy.

Supernova Pro

Supernova Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Supernova account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment.

Unlimited AI trip generation is subject to fair use. We apply a monthly ceiling high enough that ordinary use never reaches it; it exists only to prevent automated abuse. If you ever hit it, the app tells you and it resets at the start of the next month.

Third-party services

Supernova shows information from services such as maps, places, and flight status providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their accuracy or availability.

Ending your use

You can stop using Supernova and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we're required to by law.

Disclaimers

Supernova is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or travel plans, arising from your use of Supernova. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited by contract.

Apple and Google

If you downloaded Supernova from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Galaxie Labs, not Apple or Google, and neither is responsible for Supernova or its content.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Supernova after that means you accept the updated terms.
